Never received my order or tracking #

I’ve been trying to email you guys! I’ve never received a tracking # or an email stating that my order it’s on the way. Y’all have a bogus email!!!

Christmas ugly sweater

It’s been 21 days since I ordered this sweater. My 12 year old had to have. I have emailed this company several time with not a single respond.
Now I read where that aren’t responsible for lost packages. That’s just perfect for them
No doubt I have been riped off again
